ISANS Diversity and Inclusion Webinar #3 – Recruiting and Retaining a Multicultural Workforce

June 3, 2021 @ 10:00 am UTC+0

Join Immigrant Services Association of Nova Scotia (ISANS) and Women in Occupational Health and Safety Society (WOHSS) to discover how to enhance intercultural awareness and skills, develop a multicultural workforce and overcome barriers to finding and keeping talent.

Intercultural competence is a vital skill in today’s global workplace. Supervisors and employees are increasingly likely to find themselves working with colleagues, co-workers, vendors, and customers from a range of cultures and countries. Success comes with working productively with people who have been shaped by different values, beliefs, and experiences. Finding and keeping talent from anywhere in the world is key, as is developing a welcoming workplace for all to be productive!
