Safety culture is often described as “the way we do things around here”. But what does that really mean, and how do you improve it in practice? This Calgary Safety Connect luncheon brings together a panel of experienced safety professionals to explore what safety culture looks like beyond policies and programs. Through short panel perspectives and an interactive discussion, we’ll examine how leadership, systems, and everyday decisions shape safety outcomes, and what organizations can do to meaningfully advance their safety culture.
Lunch will be provided, entry is $25.
