More on CSC: Calgary Safety Connect (CSC) is a new safety organization focused on bringing quality professional development and educational opportunities to the local safety community. We know from COVID, there are hundreds of safety practitioners in the Calgary area. Through the work of CSC, we are building a stronger social network to give those professionals opportunities to meet, socialize, and share ideas.

Pre-Conference Mental Health Workshop
This year's pre-conference workshop will be on mental health in the afternoon of October 7th. This engaging program is crafted to equip participants with essential knowledge about mental health in the workplace. It focuses on cultivating skills in resiliency and mental toughness through a highly interactive experience.
By the end of this workshop, you will be able to:
 Understand the stigma associated with mental health
 Recognize workplace and personal stressors
 Identify effective resiliency strategies
 Create a self-care and resiliency plan
 Support others who are facing mental health challenges
