Pre-Conference Mental Health Workshop
This year's pre-conference workshop will be on mental health in the afternoon of October 7th. This engaging program is crafted to equip participants with essential knowledge about mental health in the workplace. It focuses on cultivating skills in resiliency and mental toughness through a highly interactive experience.
By the end of this workshop, you will be able to:
Understand the stigma associated with mental health
Recognize workplace and personal stressors
Identify effective resiliency strategies
Create a self-care and resiliency plan
Support others who are facing mental health challenges
Presenter, Kris Porlier, is a very engaging speaker who shares his personal mental health journey and will give you tools on how to keep your mental health healthy.
